Ingredients:
- Fresh peaches
- Sweet serrano peppers
Instructions:
- Chop the fresh peaches into small pieces.
- Remove the seeds and membranes from the sweet serrano peppers and chop them finely.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped peaches and peppers with enough water to cover them.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the peaches are tender.
- Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to puree the mixture until smooth.
- Strain the pureed mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container. Discard any solids.
- Add honey or maple syrup to taste and stir until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
