Ingredients:

  • Blueberries
  • Rosemary
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the blueberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Chop the rosemary leaves into small pieces.
  3. Zest the lemon using a fine grater, then juice it using a manual or electric juicer.
  4. Mix the sugar and sparkling water in a small bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Add the chopped rosemary and zested lemon to the blueberries and toss to combine.
  6. Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses or a large pitcher.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional rosemary leaves if desired.
