Ingredients:

  • Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Heavy cream
  • Granulated sugar
  • Egg whites
  • Flour
  • Lemon juice
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the berries and granulated sugar. Mix until the berries are well coated with the sugar.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 4: Add the flour to the cream mixture and fold until just combined.

Step 5: Pour the berry mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Step 6: Pour the cream mixture over the top of the berries, making sure to cover them evenly.

Step 7: Drizzle the lemon juice and vanilla extract over the top of the cream mixture.

Step 8: Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Step 9: Allow to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
